Legal Advisory

People think of lawyers for the trial. Less often for avoiding it. Yet that is where legal counsel proves its worth: an informed decision upstream often spares years of litigation downstream.

The firm advises individuals and businesses on a one-off basis, for a consultation or a review before signature, or over time, as a regular legal counterpart.

Typical work

Consultations
Analysis of a situation, written or oral opinion: your rights, your risks, your options, in plain language.
Drafting
Contracts, settlement protocols, formal notices, high-stakes correspondence.
Review before signing
Critical examination of a contract offered to you: risky clauses, points to renegotiate, the real scope of the commitments.
Decision support
Guidance at pivotal moments: starting or restructuring an activity, a real-estate transaction, a significant commitment.
Dispute prevention
Mapping the legal risks of an existing situation and the corrective measures.

How the firm works

A good consultation answers three questions: what the law says, what that changes for you, and what to do now. You leave with usable answers, not a theoretical lecture.

For one-off requests, the scope and cost of the work are agreed in advance. You know what you are asking for, and what it will cost.

Common questions

Can I consult once, with no follow-up?

Of course. A one-off consultation is a service in its own right and commits you to nothing further. Many questions are settled in a single meeting.

I am being pressed to sign a contract. Can a review be quick?

A focused review can be arranged on short notice, subject to the firm’s availability. Better to delay a signature by a few days than to discover a problematic clause afterwards.

Is advisory work only for businesses?

No. Individuals need counsel just as much: buying property, lending to a relative, a family situation, an estate to prepare. What matters is not the size of the stakes, but their importance to you.

This page presents a practice area of the firm in general terms. It does not constitute legal advice: every situation calls for its own analysis.
