What this site collects, and does not
This site sets no cookies and uses no advertising trackers. No personal browsing data is collected by the site itself.
When you contact the office, by phone, WhatsApp or the contact form, you voluntarily provide information: name, phone number, subject of your request. It is used only to respond to you.
If you choose to write via WhatsApp, your message passes through the WhatsApp service (Meta Platforms), under that service’s own terms and privacy policy. The form on this site only prepares a message inside your app: the site itself transmits nothing to any third-party server.
Your rights
Under Moroccan Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, you have rights of access, rectification and objection concerning your data. To exercise them, simply contact the office by phone or in writing.
Beyond the law, everything confided to a lawyer remains protected by professional secrecy.
