Criminal Law & Defense
Being summoned by the police, seeing a relative taken into custody, being cited before a court: criminal procedure is an ordeal, all the more destabilizing when its rules are unknown. It is precisely in those moments that a lawyer’s assistance changes things.
The firm acts at every stage, from investigation to judgment and appeal, for accused persons as well as victims. Defense is a right, whatever the case. It is exercised with rigor, without judgment, and in the strictest confidentiality.

How the firm works
In criminal matters, the first hours count. What is said, or signed, at the start of a procedure weighs on everything that follows. The useful reflex is simple: before explaining yourself, ask for a lawyer. It is your right.
The defense is then built piece by piece: a critical reading of the file, verification of the regularity of the procedure, preparation of the hearing. At every stage, you know where the case stands, what is at stake, and what can be done.
Common questions
A relative is in police custody. What can I do?
Contact a lawyer as soon as possible, with whatever information you have: place, time, and grounds if known. The law regulates police custody and grants rights to the person held, including contact with a lawyer. The earlier the intervention, the more useful it is.
I received a police summons. Should I go?
Not appearing is rarely a good idea. Appearing unprepared is not either. A consultation before the hearing clarifies what you are being asked or reproached, and your rights before answering.
I am the victim of an offense. How do I obtain compensation?
Filing a complaint opens the criminal route, and joining the proceedings as a civil party allows you to claim compensation before the criminal court. The quality of the file is decisive: evidence, medical certificates, testimony.
